Attention Getting Doorhanger Postcard Campaign offering HUGE Rebate on New Construction Homes

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their print design

I am reestablishing my real estate career in the far North Dallas, TX area and want to offer a rebate on new construction homes to help get me started. I am requesting a doorhanger as my first project but would like a theme that I can carry over to other projects including postcards and other marketing items. I want it to look high end, clean, professional and classy. I am attaching a copy of a flier that I created that needs (no graphic designer here) some prettying up.
